This 81.25444.6060 Fuse Box is used on SHACMAN heavy-duty trucks. Built with Flame-retardant ABS and PC composite housing, with V0 fire rating, it has superior impact resistance and resists warping at 85℃. The copper alloy fuse clip has low contact resistance, and it is anti-oxidation. The EPDM rubber sealing gasket has IP65 dustproof and waterproof and can work in the temperature of -40℃~90℃. With reinforced PC terminal block, the insulation voltage rating is over 1000V and it is also guarantees zero leakage. The laser-engraved labeling plate is wear-resistant, no fading, and easy to identify fuses. The stainless steel mounting screws are corrosion-proof and anti-loosening. Crafted by precision injection molding, the housing tolerance is ≤±0.1mm. Besides, the ultrasonic welding makes housing seamless, and the terminal crimping makes precision ≥±0.05mm. After 72h high-temp and humidity cycling aging test, insulation resistance test, it is performs reliably to Handle -45℃ cold, 80℃ engine heat, road vibrations, and water splashes. Every fuse box was tested by insulation performance, waterproof tightness, and terminal connection stability.
