The CBHx-G100 Howo Cargo Compartment Lifting Pump (6-Spline) is key for Howo dump trucks' lifting systems. It turns engine power into hydraulic energy, sending high-pressure oil to the cylinder-lifts/tilts/lowers the cargo compartment for unloading coal, sand, etc.
Good materials go into it: aluminum alloy pump body (light/anti-rust), alloy steel rotor/stator (HRC 58-62, precise), imported polyurethane seals. 6-spline shaft fits Howo's PTO-no slipping. Handles 10-500Hz vibration, 80℃ oil, dust/mud-no bend, wear, or seal failure. Fits Howo's original system: same bracket, oil ports, 6-spline. Swap easy-no PTO/pipe mods, take old bolts/pipes off, install new, tighten to 45-50N·m. Tested before shipping: pressure, no leaks, 100h run-trustworthy.

A1: No-spline mismatch. Get an 8-spline pump.
Q2: Slow lifting after install?
A2: Check PTO engagement. Then the oil level/type. Clean the blocked pipe. Still slow? Replace the pump.
Q3: How to maintain?
A3: Change oil/filter every 20k km, check joints every 5k km, clean pump surface.
Q4: Replace hydraulic filter?
