The truck transmission system is mainly composed of the following parts:

Clutch: The clutch is used to provide engagement and disengagement between the engine and the transmission system to ensure the smoothness of power transmission.
Transmission: The transmission is used to change the power transmission speed from the engine to adapt to different driving speeds and load requirements.
Universal transmission device: It includes universal joints and drive shafts, which are responsible for transmitting the power transmitted from the transmission to the main reducer.
Drive axle: The drive axle distributes the power transmitted from the transmission to the drive wheels to realize the driving function of the vehicle. The drive axle usually includes components such as the main reducer, differential and half shafts.
Main reducer: The main reducer reduces the speed, increases the torque, and transmits the power transmitted from the drive shaft to the differential.
Differential: The differential distributes the power transmitted from the main reducer to the left and right half shafts, and ensures the consistency of the speed of the left and right wheels during the driving process of the vehicle to avoid the occurrence of wheel slip.
‌Axle shaft‌: The half shaft transmits the power from the differential from the wheel hub to the tire, realizing the steering and driving functions of the vehicle‌.
