Technical Notes

1.Operating Pressure Range

The compressor maintains a working pressure of 0.7–0.85 MPa, ensuring consistent air supply to meet the vehicle's pneumatic system demands. It automatically unloads when pressure exceeds 0.85 MPa and restarts at 0.7 MPa, preventing overpressure damage.

2.Power & Rotation Requirements

It is designed to match the engine's rotation speed range of 800–2800 rpm, with a power input of 3.5–4.2 kW. The drive connection uses a standard V-belt or gear coupling, requiring proper tension adjustment during installation to avoid slippage or excessive wear.

3.Fluid Specifications

The compressor requires mineral-based or synthetic air compressor oil with a viscosity grade of SAE 15W-40 . Oil capacity is 0.8–1.0 L, and oil should be replaced every 10,000 operating hours or 12 months, whichever comes first.

4.Installation & Maintenance

Mounting must align with the vehicle's designated bracket to reduce vibration; a rubber gasket is recommended between the compressor and bracket. The air intake port should be connected to a clean, dry air filter to prevent dust or moisture from entering, which could cause internal component corrosion.

5.Environmental Adaptability

It operates reliably in ambient temperatures ranging from -20°C to 55°C and relative humidity up to 90% (non-condensing). For regions with extreme cold, preheating of the oil sump is suggested to ensure smooth startup.
