It also has great flexibility at low temperatures, preventing embrittlement, and is not easily softened or deformed at high temperatures. Furthermore, the strong wear resistance effectively prevents oil splashes and pipe friction in the engine compartment. It reduces surface wear by at least 60% and ensures a service life of 4-5 years. The connector is made of H62 environmentally friendly brass and plated with a 20μm thick electroless nickel layer. This plating provides excellent rust prevention. The nickel layer surface roughness Ra≤0.8μm, combined with the elastic compression of the rubber body, make the tube has great sealing. In addition, the nickel plating has a hardness of HV300, providing extremely high wear resistance.
