This 81.35114.6113 Reducer Assembly is built for transmission system of SHACMAN F3000 heavy-duty trucks. Built with High-strength 20CrMnTi alloy steel gears, it is wear-resistant and the tensile strength is more than 1100MPa. The molybdenum disulfide lubrication coating can reduce friction and increase the wear resistance. The stainless steel fasteners are highly corrosion-resistant and anti-loosening. After carburizing and quenching, the gear surface hardness and the core toughness become harder. Precision grinding makes gears pitch diameter tolerance below ±0.02mm. Working in the temperature of -40℃ to 120℃, under the heavy load impacts and road vibrations, it works without issue. Every assembly was tested by noise level, transmission efficiency and gear meshing accuracy.
