This water pump delivers no coolant leaks, no bearing noise and no flow reduction, even in high-load driving, summer heatwaves, or long-time drives over 1,000km. Built with Die-cast aluminum alloy, the pump housing is lightweight and boasts high rigidity. The thermal conductivity is ≥110W/(m·K), withstands operating temperatures from -40°C to 130°C. The nodular cast iron impeller is wear-resistant and corrosion-proof. Optimized blade design is for max flow. High-carbon chromium bearing steel shaft delivers high strength and hardness. The double-lip fluororubber oil seal is water-tight, anti-aging and resists coolant and engine oil corrosion, and the ceramic mechanical seal has low friction, no leakage and the service life is very long. The brass inlet and outlet fittings are anti-rust, tight-fitting with coolant hoses. Crafted by precision die-casting, CNC machining, vacuum heat treatment, dynamic balancing and pressure testing, the pump operates reliably in -45℃ ~120℃ coolant temperature, engine vibrations, and coolant impurities. Every pump is tested by flow rate, pressure resistance and bearing smoothness.
